The Junior Up program, created by Junior Achievement of Albania (JAA), stands out as one of the most comprehensive entrepreneurial initiatives in the country.
The Junior Up program, launched in the second half of 2021, is specifically designed to support JAA Alumni in transitioning from formal education to entrepreneurship in creating their own startups and introducing innovative business ideas to the Albanian ecosystem.
Targeting young founders aged 18 to 26, the program is unique in its approach, focusing on one-on-one mentoring and community building among young founders. It spans an entire year, guiding participants through the stages of creating their startups and taking initial steps to market.
