From program coordinators to administrative staff, each individual plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Their unwavering commitment ensures that we continue to have a lasting impact on the lives of young Albanians.
Blerina Guga
Executive Director
Blerina Guga has 19 years of experience in the civil society organizations and public administration sector in the country, with a focus on research, training and development of modules and trainings. She is an experienced trainer in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership and personal growth, critical thinking, public speaking and debate, fundraising and partnerships, and project monitoring and evaluation. Blerina graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Tirana, Department of Philosophy and Sociology. She graduated as an alumna of the Albanian School of Political Studies in 2019. Blerina joined the JAA team in April 2019 as Education Program Manager, and since January 1, 2021 has been mandated by the JAA Board of Directors, as Acting Executive Director.

Alma Avram
Finance and HR Manager
Alma has over 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in international and local companies. A graduate of the University of Tirana, Department of Finance and Accounting, Alma joined JAA in September 2015.
Nilbert Jani
Office and Procurement Manager
Nilbert Jani has a long experience of 28 years in finance and office management. Nilbert has worked on projects of important international organizations and public institutions. She graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics and Finance. Nilbert has been part of the JAA team since October 2012.

Manola Bele
K9 Project Coordinator
Manola Bele has 15 years of experience in the Albanian banking sector and international organizations in the country. She graduated from the “Aristotle” University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree in “Banking and Finance”. Since 2018, Manola is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana for Entrepreneurship and Business and Communication. Manola joined the JAA team in December 2015
