Junior Achievement Albania, in partnership with the VETpreneur project, is excited to invite VET centers for adults from Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina to apply for a unique EntreComp-based mobility program in Slovenia!
This EU-funded initiative aims to equip educators, management staff, and adult learners with essential entrepreneurial skills and methodologies, bridging the gap between education and the labor market. The 10-day experience will be held in Litija, Zasavje region, and other key locations in Slovenia, featuring practical training, hands-on activities, and study visits to successful businesses and innovation hubs.
What is the EntreComp-based Mobility Program?
The EntreComp framework (Entrepreneurship Competence Framework) is widely recognized as a key tool in developing entrepreneurial competencies in education. This mobility program is designed to integrate these competencies into adult education within VET centers, helping educators and learners gain real-world business insights and practical skills for entrepreneurship.
Participants will engage in:
✅ Interactive training sessions on using EntreComp in education
✅ Study visits to innovative companies & business incubators
✅ Workshops on digital entrepreneurship & financial literacy
✅ Hands-on activities on developing business ideas & local products
✅ Networking & collaboration with international peers
By participating, educators will gain practical teaching tools, and learners will experience firsthand how entrepreneurship can transform their career paths.
Who Can Apply?
📌 VET centers for adults from Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina
📌 Each team must consist of:
2 educators/management staff members
2 learners
📌 Selection Criteria:
✔ Motivation & alignment with VET center’s development strategy
✔ Gender-balanced team composition
✔ English language proficiency of team members
Preference will be given to VET centers in rural or underdeveloped areas and those actively involving marginalized learners.
