JA Alumni Conference 2025 – Albania as Part of Europe’s Entrepreneurial Spirit

At the end of August, the city of Cologne welcomed hundreds of young entrepreneurs from across the continent for the largest networking and personal development gathering organized by JA Alumni Europe – the JA Alumni Conference 2025, under the theme “SPIRIT”.

This annual conference, hosted each year in a different European country, brought together Junior Achievement alumni to share experiences, build new networks, and find inspiration for their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.

Albania was proudly represented this year by Anxhela Zeneli, President of the Board of JA Alumni Albania, and Redisa Gjinaj, Manager of Recruitment and Development on the board. Their presence was a testament to the contribution and dedication of Albanian youth within Junior Achievement’s largest alumni network in Europe.

Throughout the five-day conference, participants engaged in masterclasses, networking sessions, and cultural activities that fostered vision, collaboration, and leadership. A special highlight for the Albanian network was receiving the Bronze Award for achievements during 2024–2025 – a meaningful recognition that reflects the strength and growth of JA Alumni Albania in just a few years.

📌 The climax of the conference came with the announcement that the JA Alumni Conference 2026 will be hosted in Tirana. This historic decision places Albania at the heart of Europe’s spotlight, bringing hundreds of young people from across the continent to the capital city for a unique experience of collaboration, innovation, and networking.

The JA Alumni Conference 2025 marked another milestone in the journey of JA Alumni Europe, strengthening cross-border cooperation and giving young people the chance to connect with ideas, people, and experiences that will shape their future.
