18 Teachers Trained to Bring Leadership into Albanian Classrooms

In January, a new wave of teacher training marked an important step forward for experiential learning in Albania, as around 20 high school teachers completed their accreditation for the "Leader for a Day" module. This milestone means that more classrooms across the country are now equipped with educators ready to deliver one of JAA's most impactful programs, bringing leadership skills directly to young people.

Through this training, these newly accredited teachers gained the tools, methods, and confidence to guide students through real-world leadership experiences. The "Leader for a Day" module is designed to help young people step into leadership roles, build self-awareness, and develop the soft skills that matter most in both professional and personal life.

Going forward, this growing network of trained educators will play a key role in preparing the next generation for the challenges ahead. With more schools able to offer this experience, more students will have the opportunity to discover their potential as leaders, connecting what they learn in the classroom to the real world around them.
