Teachers Across Albania Empowered to Bring Financial and Early Childhood Education to Life

In a landmark effort this year, over 220 teachers completed accredited training on the "Personal Finances" module, equipping them with the tools and confidence to bring real-world financial education into their classrooms. Spanning Regional Directorates including Durrës, Elbasan, Dibër, Gjirokastër, Pogradec, Berat, Shkodër, and Tirana, this initiative marked a major step in expanding quality financial literacy education across the country.

During the same period, almost 190 preschool teachers were trained and accredited on the "Ourselves" module, designed to support the holistic development of the youngest learners. By investing in early childhood educators, JAA helped lay a strong foundation for children to grow with self-awareness, curiosity, and confidence from the very start of their educational journey.
Together, these two training initiatives reached a combined total of over 400 educators, multiplying the impact of experiential learning across generations and regions. Each trained teacher now carries the capacity to shape dozens of young lives, connecting classroom learning to real-world skills and ensuring that both financial literacy and personal development reach students who need it most.
