In March 2026, Junior Achievement of Albania successfully organized the Junior UP 5.0 Selection Bootcamp, marking the launch of the fifth edition of its startup incubation and acceleration program.
Unlike previous editions, this year's program was implemented in partnership with ENGIM and AKPA within the framework of the SkillALB Project, expanding participation to include students from Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools alongside university students and JA Alumni.
Over the course of the two-day Selection Bootcamp, participants pitched their business ideas, attended practical workshops and mentoring sessions, and received valuable feedback from entrepreneurship experts to strengthen their business models.
Following the selection process, 19 startups were admitted to the program:

Throughout the following months, participating teams benefited from a structured incubation and acceleration program that included training, one-on-one mentoring, networking opportunities, and practical support to develop and validate their startups.
