In March, a Finance Camp organized as part of Global Money Week gave around 30 young participants in Durrës the chance to explore the world of money, entrepreneurship, and practical financial management. This hands-on experience brought financial literacy out of the textbook and into real conversations, giving students tools they can use in their everyday lives.
Through the camp, students engaged with core concepts of financial literacy and entrepreneurial thinking, building confidence in topics that are essential for navigating today's economy. The sessions encouraged a growth mindset, helping participants see financial decisions not as abstract theory but as real skills they will carry forward.
By the end of the camp, the JAA team had empowered a new group of young people with the awareness and practical knowledge to make smarter financial choices. Experiences like this one are a reminder that when young people are given the right tools early, they are better prepared to shape their own futures.
