On International Mentors Day, Junior Achievement of Albania acknowledges the mentors who support young people by sharing their time, experience, and professional insight.
Junior Achievement of Albania is supported by 34 mentors, including 11 returning mentors, coming from business, different professional backgrounds, and the Junior Achievement alumni network. Their involvement helps bridge the gap between education and the realities of work and entrepreneurship.
Mentors contribute by bringing practical perspectives into classrooms and student companies. Through real examples, professional guidance, and honest conversations about the workplace, they help students better understand career options and the skills needed to succeed.
Alumni mentors play a particularly meaningful role. Having once taken part in JA programs themselves, they return to support new generations of students. Their journeys reflect how early exposure to entrepreneurial and life skills can shape long-term personal and professional development.
Through mentorship, learning becomes more applied and relevant. Students are encouraged to explore their ideas, strengthen employability and entrepreneurial skills, and take informed steps toward the world of work.
Junior Achievement of Albania values mentorship as a partnership built on trust, commitment, and belief in young people’s potential. On this International Mentors Day, we thank all 34 mentors for their continued engagement and contribution to youth development.
