Inspiring Learning Experiences Empower Students Across Albania

Junior Achievement Albania continues to expand learning beyond the classroom by offering practical, engaging experiences that help young people develop essential life, career, and entrepreneurial skills.

An inspiring Innovation Day, organized in the framework of EU Code Week project and in collaboration with TUMO Tirana, was held at the iconic Pyramid of Tirana. The activity brought together 20 students from Ramazan Jarani School, who participated in hands-on sessions focused on robotics, coding, and creative technology. Through teamwork and problem-based challenges, students were encouraged to think critically, experiment with innovative solutions, and collaborate effectively. The experience strengthened their digital and technological skills while also nurturing creativity, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset—key competencies for success in a rapidly evolving digital world.

In Lezhë, a dynamic Finance Boot Camp gathered 40 students for an intensive learning experience dedicated to financial literacy. Participants explored practical topics such as budgeting, saving, and smart money management through interactive exercises and real-life scenarios. The boot camp aimed to build students’ understanding of financial responsibility and empower them to make informed decisions that will positively impact their personal lives and future careers.

Meanwhile, a Career Day organized at Hasan Tahsini School in Tirana, offered students valuable exposure to the world of work. Through discussions and guidance sessions, students learned about different professions, educational pathways, and the skills required in today’s labor market. The activity supported students in reflecting on their interests and strengths, while helping them gain clarity on future study and career opportunities.
