On June 1st 2026, Junior Achievement of Albania organized the Junior UP 5.0 Demo Day, the closing event of the fifth edition of its startup incubation and acceleration program. Following several months of training, workshops, mentoring, and business development, 8 startups presented their solutions before a jury composed of entrepreneurship experts, investors, and representatives of Albania's innovation ecosystem.
During Demo Day, each team showcased the progress achieved throughout the program, presenting their business model and vision for future growth.
At the end of the event, three startups were awarded USD 10,000 each:
Kthema Gati – USD 10,000
A platform that simplifies the vehicle servicing process through a door-to-door solution. By managing the entire service cycle—from vehicle pickup and diagnostics to maintenance and delivery—the startup aims to save drivers time while bringing greater transparency and convenience to the automotive service industry.
PawMely – USD 10,000
A digital platform that creates a secure electronic identity for pets by centralizing documentation, veterinary records, and vaccination history in one place. The solution helps veterinarians work more efficiently, supports pet owners, and promotes a safer and more unified pet identification system in Albania.
OBShift – USD 10,000
An intelligent platform that integrates WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email into a single communication system for businesses. With AI-powered assistance in Albanian, customer management, and automated booking features, OBShift helps businesses respond faster, reduce missed opportunities, and improve sales efficiency.

🏆 The first-place winner, Kthema Gati, will represent Albania at GEN-E 2026, Europe's largest entrepreneurship festival for young entrepreneurs, taking place in Riga, Latvia, where it will compete alongside the best student startups from across Europe.
