During this year, the Finance BootCamps, Innovation Days, and Career Days engaged around 300 primary and lower secondary school students (Grades K–9) across several cities in Albania.
Through these activities, students had the opportunity to develop practical knowledge and skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and career planning. By participating in educational games, challenges, and hands-on exercises, they learned how to manage money, work effectively in teams, develop innovative ideas, and make informed decisions.
These initiatives placed a strong emphasis on financial education and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, while encouraging self-confidence, collaboration, and creativity among young learners. The interactive approach made key concepts more accessible, engaging, and meaningful for students.
