Over 400 Teachers Trained by JA Albania in Financial Education and Leadership

Throughout the year, Junior Achievement Albania continued to invest in teachers' professional development by training and certifying more than 400 teachers through programs designed to equip students with essential life and career skills.

Around 220 primary and secondary school teachers were trained to deliver the ‘’Personal Finances’’ module, while 190 preschool teachers were trained and certified to implement ‘’Ourselves’ ’module. The training sessions were held in Durrës, Elbasan, Dibër, Gjirokastër, Pogradec, Berat, Shkodër, and Tirana, strengthening teachers' capacity to apply modern, experiential teaching methodologies in the classroom.

In addition, 18 upper secondary school teachers were certified to deliver the’’ Leader for a Day’’ module, which enables students to develop leadership skills, self-confidence, and essential soft skills through experiential learning.

Through these training programs, teachers gain the knowledge, methodologies, and practical tools needed to implement experiential learning effectively. As a result, they help thousands of students develop financial, entrepreneurial, and personal competencies that are essential for success in life and the world of work.
