This spring, a Report Writing and Communication training brought together around 220 students at the Pyramid of Tirana for a hands-on learning experience focused on real-world professional skills. The session gave participants the opportunity to sharpen their ability to communicate clearly, write structured reports, and present ideas in a professional manner.
Through this training, students developed practical soft skills that go far beyond the classroom, building confidence in written and verbal communication that employers consistently seek in young professionals. The experiential learning format encouraged participants to engage actively, practice directly, and take ownership of their growth.
By the end of the program, the JAA team had helped over 220 young people take a meaningful step toward workplace readiness, equipping them with tools they can apply immediately in their academic and professional journeys. This is exactly the kind of hands-on development that prepares the next generation to thrive in a competitive job market.
