Financial Literacy and Teacher Training Drive Student Growth Across Albania

In March, an online quiz on Personal Finances brought together over 500 students from across Albania as part of Global Money Week, giving young learners a dynamic and engaging way to test and strengthen their financial literacy skills. The activity, hosted through JAA's learning management system, connected classrooms to real-world money concepts in a fun, accessible format that resonated with students at the K-9 level.

During the same period, accredited training for the Student Company module equipped around 20 teachers from high schools and VET institutions with the tools and confidence to bring entrepreneurial learning into their classrooms. This professional development opportunity marks a meaningful step in expanding the reach of experiential learning across Albania's education system.

Looking ahead, the impact of both initiatives will be felt far beyond the classroom, as financially aware students and better-prepared educators together build a stronger foundation for the next generation of leaders. JAA remains committed to empowering young people through hands-on learning and equipping the adults around them to guide that journey with skill and purpose.
