The Junior Up 4.0 program, designed to support young Albanians in taking their first steps into entrepreneurship, has successfully concluded a cycle of dedicated workshops with the participation of 28 young founders.
These sessions took place as part of the program’s incubation phase and included five thematic workshops facilitated in collaboration with international startup ecosystem experts, particularly from the global Plug and Play network. The workshops covered:
Legal Framework & Lean Startups
Venture Clienting
Problem–Solution Fit
Pitching and Investor Relations
Sales & Marketing
The participants were selected during the JUP 4.0 Selection Bootcamp, where 13 promising startups were chosen to continue their journey in one of Albania’s most inclusive and impactful startup incubation programs.
Next step: Demo Day – where participating startups will pitch their ideas before a jury and representatives from JA Albania. The most promising teams will be selected to receive financial grants to further develop their business ideas.
The Junior UP program, part of Junior Achievement of Albania, supports young people in transitioning from formal education to building sustainable and impactful startups.
