In December, four intensive Design Thinking sessions brought together around 230 student company members at Piramida e Tiranës, giving them hands-on tools to develop clear, market-driven business ideas. Participants explored the core principles of design thinking, from identifying market demand and creating genuine value to understanding what sets a strong business idea apart from the competition. The sessions created an energetic, collaborative environment where learning happened through doing, not just listening.
JAA designed these sessions to be more than a training exercise. The focus was on building confidence, nurturing creative collaboration, and helping students see themselves as future contributors to their communities and economies. Each session pushed participants to think critically, listen actively, and iterate boldly, core traits of any entrepreneurial mindset worth cultivating.
These workshops mark an important step in the broader journey of JAA's student company program, equipping young people with the practical skills and confident mindset they need to navigate the real world. By connecting classroom learning to genuine market challenges, JAA continues to prepare the next generation not just to participate in the economy, but to help shape it.
